VOD247 is published by Augustin BÉGUÉ, France. Contact: the email address in the footer of your dashboard.

The site and the service run on infrastructure operated by the publisher in France. Archived files are stored on object storage operated by the publisher.

Signing in uses Twitch OAuth. VOD247 stores your Twitch user id, login, display name, and the tokens you authorize, to operate your channel. Chat messages are processed to count requests and votes; usernames of voters are not published. No advertising trackers are used on this site.

You can revoke the authorization from your Twitch settings at any time, and ask for your data and files to be deleted.

VOD247 stores the email address of your Twitch account, read at sign-in. It is used to send emails about your account and your channels.

Emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States. Resend processes the address and the message content only to deliver the email. The transfer relies on a data processing agreement and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Service emails are always sent: payment failed, subscription cancelled or ended, channel suspended or reactivated.

Account and channel alerts are on by default and can be turned off. They cover a channel going off air or back on air, a revoked Twitch authorization and storage nearly full. They also cover VODs about to expire on Twitch, and onboarding reminders.

A monthly activity summary for each channel is on by default and can be turned off.

Product announcements go to customers who own a channel. They are on by default, and one click turns them off.

Every email other than a service email has an unsubscribe link. One click is enough, without signing in. All preferences are in the dashboard, under Account, then Notifications.

VOD247 keeps a log of sent emails: type, date and delivery status. Each entry is deleted after 12 months. The log and the address are deleted with the account.

An address left in the calculator is used only to contact its owner about VOD247, through Resend. It receives no product announcements and is added to no list.
