Straight answers.

Is a 24/7 VOD channel allowed on Twitch?

Twitch’s own help page explains how: broadcast a rerun from your streaming encoder of choice, and label it. The written obligations are owning the content and labelling it as a replay. Your own VODs, tagged and titled as a rerun, meet both.

Do the hours count for Affiliate and Partner?

Twitch publishes no exclusion for replayed streams in its Affiliate or Partner criteria, and its own help page says to broadcast a rerun from your encoder of choice. That is exactly what VOD247 does. Twitch states nothing either way, and VOD247 claims nothing more.

Will this break my Partner or Affiliate status?

No. The 24/7 channel is a separate Twitch account, so your main channel keeps its status, its history and its clips. The replay channel is labelled as one in every title and in its tags. Twitch publishes no rule against it, and none in its favour.

What about muted audio and DMCA?

VOD247 counts Twitch’s muted segments on every VOD and shows that count before the VOD goes on air. It replays what Twitch stored: a segment muted there stays muted here. Music is not detected, nothing is replaced, and any VOD can be blocked.

Do I need to mirror my streams on YouTube?

No. VODs come straight from your Twitch archive, with no detour. Some services download from YouTube and make you upload every stream there first. Your own files can be uploaded too.

What about the 48-hour limit?

Twitch caps one broadcast at 48 hours, per its broadcasting guidelines. VOD247 recycles the session about every 12 hours, only between two VODs, never in the middle of one. Months on air never depend on a single connection.

Where do I find 24/7 Twitch channels?

In the Always On category of the Twitch directory, which lists the always-on channels live right now. Many also use the 247 tag, and many names end in _247. VOD247 counts that category every hour: how many are on air, and how many people watch.
